What is the Purpose of the HCAGC?

Just as the overarching goal of the Gifted Program is simply to INDENTIFY and SERVE

HCAGC exists for the encouragement and sponsorship of our gifted children, families and educators.

Our members are PARENTS and EDUCATORS who've come together to support  the standards of Gifted Education Services, which serves 3,091 gifted children in Houston County.

Why  is this site Important?

This website is designed for two main reasons- as an INFORMATION tool and an ADVOCACY instrument. 

Here you'll find information about the teachers and students of the Houston County Gifted Services, links to guidelines and eligibility requirements for Georgia Gifted Education, HCAGC membership and opportunities for the support and encouragement of your gifted child.
